B: Seated Pull-up on Barbell
(minimal use of feet)
I: Kipping variations
A: C2B, L Pull-ups
*Accumulate 20 reps, can mix and match variations

Main site 14FEB17:
Make 3 attempts at each of the following:
-Max set T2B
-Max set ring dips
-Broad jump for distance
Then,
Row 2,000 meters for time

Rest as needed between exercises.

Post reps, distance and time for each to comments.
