Max reps of burpee wall-balls/abmat sit-ups + 1 mile run for time
With a running clock, perform 5 rounds for total reps of:
Max burpee wall balls* (20/14#) in 1:00
Max abmat sit-ups in 1:00
Then…1 mile Run for time.
Post total combined reps and mile run time to comments
*Burpee wall balls: put ball on ground, feet back, touch chest to ball, bring feet in, and perform a regular squat clean to wall-ball throw.
