Please join us on February 9, 2013 in honoring one of our heroes, United States Navy Seal John Faas and a workout to remember.
On 6 August, 2011, Taliban insurgents shot down a US Military CH-47 Chinook helicopter in the wee hours of the morning as it arrived for a mission in Eastern Afghanistan. Everyone on board was killed, including 22 US Navy SEALs. To America, those killed were brave soldiers. One of these fearless men who made this extraordinary sacrifice for his country was SOC (SEAL) John Faas.
Proceeds from this event will go to the SOC Seal John Faas education scholarship fund.

A little of 11 months ago I did 119 burpees in 7 minutes today I did 105 wallballls and burpees in 11:06 thanks to Crossfit and everyone at 757.
