  3. So Jody had me do 3 rnds of 10 BackSquats/ 5 Box Jumps (24″)
    and I followed it up with some back squat strength work.. and she made me do some more BJs…
    For any of you that have known me for a while, you know what me doing 20 24″ BJs means.. THANKS JODY! one fear conquered!

    Zhou is 24 years old and for perspective she is 9 inches shorter than me and 51# heavier and makes me look like a little girl. This of course is something she has avoided herself.
