The Three Musketeers… Gone Bad!

For time:

Co-Ed Teams of 3 will complete:
150 Push-presses (115/85#)
*One person works at a time. One bar to a team and bar starts unloaded. It’s the team’s responsibility to change out the weight for each athlete.
800m Run**
150 Front squats (115/85#)
*Same rules apply for the squats
800m Run**
150 pull-ups (one athlete at a time may perform pull-ups)
800m Run**
**Upon completion of each exercise, the whole team will run 800m with 2 sandbags between the 3 athletes. They can carry it however they want.
