Skill Work-Pullups (Strict,Kipping,Butterfly or CTB) then:
AMRAP 15
10 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight
10 Pullups (style your most defiecient at)

    Very motivating, “dig deep and fight through pain” kind of WOD. Good to have folks to push one another.
