Wednesday: 5:30am / 8:30am / 5pm / 6pm / 7pm
Thursday: 5:30am / 8:30am / 5pm / 6pm / 7pm
Friday: 5:30am / 8:30am / 5pm / 6pm / 7pm
Saturday: 9am / Open Gym*: 10am-Noon / CrossFit Kids @ 9am
Sunday: 10am Bingo (not a programmed WOD)
Classes are 1 hour long. You may show up early for a longer warm-up, but please understand if you are early the trainer may not be there yet or may be setting up or working out themselves.
*Open Gym is a time when you are welcome to come in and work on your deficiencies or make-up a WOD you missed from the previous week.
