Our Programs

  • CrossFit (Group Training)

    Are you ready to work toward being fit, looking better naked, finding health, ready for any seasonal sports/hobbies, and to make your daily workout ingrained in your life? Our CrossFit group classes deliver on the CrossFit tenets, providing you with a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled fitness level through consistent class attendance. Our daily training vibe has camaraderie and competitiveness that fuels you to keep pushing your limits in a challenging, safe, and supportive environment.

  • 24 Hour Access

    Our gym is equipped with 24 hour access if you would like the flexibility of training outside of our class times. Other than a one time set-up fee of $40, this is included in your monthly membership.

  • CrossFit 757 Barbell Club

    Our club meets on Saturdays at 8am and is specifically tailored to assist athletes looking for technique improvement with both their snatch and clean and jerk. The goal of our club is to create a positive environment where we focus on technique, overall strength and developing explosive power for athletes at all levels.

  • Personal Training

    Our team works 1-on-1, in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers will coach you through a personalized program designed to fit your needs.

  • Fundamentals

    Our Fundamental Program consists of the basic nine fundamental movements associated with CrossFit. You will also learn the CrossFit methodology, our general warm-up, and gym etiquette at CrossFit 757. We emphasize client safety, building community, and learning proper mechanics and technique. Fundamentals are scheduled 1v1 or small group and are usually completed in 2 sessions of 2-2.5 hours.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Transform your health with the ongoing support and accountability of a nutrition coach. We focus on education and changing behavior/habits to achieve sustainable results. Schedule an initial consultation with us to help determine your goals and formulate a plan customized for you.

  • Pregnant/Postpartum

    Coach Autumn is a BIRTHFIT Coach and Birth Doula and helps women navigate the transition to motherhood with education and expertise on how to physically, mentally and emotionally prepare to conceive, thrive in pregnancy, prepare for the unknowns in labor and rehab properly in the 4th trimester/postpartum period. CrossFit 757 regularly hosts childbirth education classes, prenatal,and postpartum classes.

  • Team Training

    We can help your sports team, organization or small group through fitness and team building. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a team building and unifying environment we are here to help make it happen. We are happy to discuss your needs and help develop a plan with you.
